Emergency Road Service
Our famous AAA tow trucks have been rescuing stranded Members for 80 years. Any time, nearly anywhere, you can count on ERS to get you going again. AAA can help you get you back on the road or to the nearest repair shop.
ERS can provide you with assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Requesting Emergency Road Service
When requesting Emergency Road Service, please provide the following:
Your Membership Card number and expiration date
The exact location, make, model, year, color, and license number of the vehicle
Information on the nature of the trouble
When service arrives, be prepared to show the service provider a picture ID and your AAA Membership Card or a dues receipt

ERS Reimbursement
If you pay out-of-pocket for a service within our territory, (Northern California, Nevada, and Utah) because you do not have your Membership Card with you, we will reimburse you for the amount we would pay a contract station to provide the service (which may be less than the amount you pay for service) if you submit a receipt in your name.
