Internships More than just a summer job, an internship is a great way to explore a career at CSAA. You'll work alongside full-time employees as part of a team, developing the personal and professional skills that can give you a major advantage in the workplace.
Who Internships Are For
The CSAA Corporate Internship Program is generally intended for those who are actively pursuing a formal education through enrollment in college or vocational school.
CSAA interns must:
Have completed at least one year of college and be pursuing a four-year degree or attending a vocational school.
Maintain a grade point average (G.P.A.) of 3.0 or higher, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, or Travel.
Follow the agreed-upon plan established by participating department managers and supervisors, and adhere to CSAA policies and practices.
High school interns are expected to maintain similar academic standards. Non-paid internship opportunities may vary slightly.
What Interns Do
Interns generally work forty hours per week for ten to twelve weeks, in a supportive learning environment supporting the day-to-day operations of a project or department. Internship positions mirror the positions of full-time CSAA employees.
Internship Benefits

Guidance. At the start of the summer, we'll help you develop a career development plan, and you'll receive a mid-point and end-of-summer performance evaluation. We'll also pair you with a mentor, either on an individual basis or in a team setting.
